We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful riad with a great location. The craftsmanship and artistry in the ornamental designs were lovely. The staff was helpful and friendly, helping us plan our trip and accommodating our dietary needs. The rooms were of high quality and the breakfasts were delicious. Despite some minor noise and a limited breakfast variety, we would definitely recommend this riad. a wonderful experience.

Riad Omara Al Kasbah is a hidden gem tucked away in a quiet street, yet very close to the center. The value for money is excellent, with affordable prices for a hotel of this standard. The staff's attention to detail is superb, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The rooms were spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast served in the morning was delicious, offering a taste of authentic Moroccan cuisine.

The location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance of the main attractions such as the famous el fana square. The area was beautiful with plenty of shops around, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. the breakfast served every morning was tasty and satisfying.
The staff's communication skills were poor, causing difficulty in addressing customer concerns and complaints.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, within walking distance of a number of very interesting places and next to the restaurant. The hotel facilities were great, with beautiful and comfortable common areas and rooms. The cleanliness was great. The breakfast served was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff were accommodating, serving breakfast early and organizing a Sahara desert tour. Beds were comfy and rooms spacious. Convenient location near Saadien's Tombs and Bahia Palace. Friendly and helpful staff.

The service was fantastic, with great transport arrangements and communication. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. The hammam and massage experience was fantastic. The location was perfect for exploring Marrakesh's attractions. The beds and bed linen were very comfortable.
